Frequently asked questions

Everything new students ask us most. Still have a question? Call (215) 740-2841 — we’re happy to help in your language.

Lessons & pricing

How much do driving lessons cost? +

$75 per hour with a 2-hour minimum per session — that includes free door-to-door pickup, our dual-control car, and an insurance-discount certificate on completion. Multi-lesson packages save you up to $170 versus booking single lessons.

Why is there a 2-hour minimum? +

Two hours gives you enough time to warm up, work on skills properly and consolidate them — which is how students improve fastest. It also covers your instructor coming to pick you up and dropping you home.

What packages do you offer? +

Four, where one lesson is a 2-hour session: the 1-Lesson Package (2 hours, $150), our most popular 3-Lesson Package (6 hours, $420), the 5-Lesson Package (10 hours, $650), and the 7-Lesson Package (14 hours, $880) for brand-new drivers. See them all on the pricing page.

How do I pay? +

Three ways: card online through Stripe's secure checkout, Zelle (to Mostafa Jamal at 215-740-2841 — instructions here), or cash arranged with us. Your booking is confirmed as soon as your payment arrives. Ask us about splitting a larger package across sessions.

Languages & instructors

Do you teach in Hindi, Urdu, Bangla or Arabic? +

Yes. Our instructors teach in English, Hindi, Urdu, Bangla and Arabic — just tell us your preferred language when you book.

Will I have the same instructor each lesson? +

Yes, wherever possible. Many students ask for Ahmed or Mostafa by name. A familiar instructor who remembers your progress helps you learn faster.

Are your instructors certified? +

All of our instructors are PennDOT-certified and experienced with nervous, first-time and senior drivers.

Pickup & areas

Do you pick me up for lessons? +

Yes — free door-to-door pickup and drop-off from your home, school or workplace, included in the price. Never an add-on fee.

Which areas do you serve? +

100+ towns across Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Philadelphia, Delaware and Berks counties — from Bensalem and Philadelphia out to Reading. See the full list on Areas We Serve.

The PA road test

Can you help me prepare for the PA road test? +

Absolutely. We cover parallel parking, the full road-test route and everything PennDOT examiners look for, so you walk in confident. Many students pass on their first try.

Can I use your car for the road test? +

Yes. After practicing with us, you can take your PennDOT road test in our dual-control car — the vehicle you already know. Prefer your own car? We can help with that too.

Do you teach nervous or senior drivers? +

Yes — it’s one of our specialties. We offer calm, pressure-free lessons for nervous adults and gentle refresher lessons for senior drivers who want to keep their independence safely.

Getting started & documents

How quickly can I start lessons? +

Usually within a few days. Call or WhatsApp us, tell us your area and preferred times, and we’ll confirm your first lesson personally — often for the same week.

What do I need before my first lesson? +

Just your valid PA learner’s permit and comfortable flat shoes. We bring everything else — the dual-control car, the insurance and the patience. Don’t have your permit yet? Start with our permit guide and free practice test.

I’m new to the US — can I learn with you? +

Absolutely, and you’ll be in good company. We help newly arrived families every week, in five languages, including drivers transferring an international license to PA. Non-citizens apply for a permit with the same DL-180 form plus their immigration documents.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule? +

Give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll reschedule free, no questions asked. Inside 24 hours a fee may apply, since your instructor has reserved the slot. If we ever have to cancel, you reschedule free or get your money back.

Do parents need to be involved for teen lessons? +

For students under 18, a parent or guardian books the lessons and signs the permit paperwork, and we’re happy to update you after each session. Teens also need 65 supervised practice hours — our lessons count toward them.

Do you book my road test appointment? +

The appointment is made with PennDOT under your name, but we’ll walk you through scheduling it, help you pick a center we know well, and get you there on the day — in our car if you need one.
